Modifications made for this app (2026-10-14):
- kept 69 structures: the heart (chambers, papillary muscles, the valve leaflets
  present in the source, coronary arteries and cardiac veins), the great vessels,
  and the peripheral vessels used for cannulation teaching; all other structures removed;
- flattened the node hierarchy, removed unused data, deduplicated and quantized
  vertex data (KHR_mesh_quantization);
- stored each structure's original name and a group tag in the node extras.
Geometry was not otherwise edited. Colours, labels, blood-flow paths, the ECMO
cannulas and circuit drawings, and all teaching text are added by the app at
run time and are not part of this file.

The interactive code and teaching text of this app are separate works and are
not covered by this notice. three.js is MIT-licensed; see vendor/three/LICENSE.
